Refund policy

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or misprint, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with our print partner (Printful's) to replace or refund the item.

To report a problem, email us at [admin@newerafashionco.com] and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind)

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)

  • Incorrect address input by customer

  • Any accessories

Since each item is made to order, all sales are final unless the product is defective.

📦 Returns

We do not accept returns to our studio or Printful's facilities unless instructed by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
